Today was my last "brick" day before my day off. First up was the swim. Kind of a dreary, dark day. Which meant it was cold outside when I went to swim.
3200: 400 swim - 200 kick - 200 pull, 800 swim right into a 200 kick, 4x100 pull right into a 200 kick with 5 sec rest and finally, 800 every other 50 catch up or drill.
