What a day. Okay, so I announced yesterday I was going to do a 70 mile ride today. Didn't happen. I got to the trail after 4:00pm. There was no way I was going to make five hours at 14 miles per hour. The 70 miles was something I was going to do instead of the assigned workout for the day. So I did the regular workout instead.
The workout was 1:30:00 ride: include 10x2' FAST/Z3/high cadence push on pedals (not spin) in this ride.
By the way, the reason there is no weight at the top is, I forgot to weigh myself first thing this morning. Something was distracting me. . .
