400 swim long and steady
The water was clear and warm and my breathing was really good. I'm almost at the point were I don't need to focus on it anymore.
As the sun went down the sky lit up with purple and pink hues that made the clouds look like cotton candy. Unfortunately the picture didn't quite get it.
Later on after dinner, I was unmotivated and kept putting off the ride until it was 1:00 am and I had to get moving! I didn't actually start until 1:33 am.
I had set my timer for the ride but I pushed hard enough during it that I got back to the start faster than expected. Twenty minutes faster. . . Hmmm. . . And I wasn't pushing hard. I had done my hour ride in forty minutes.
