Day 175 - Swimming Nice and Ooch My Shoulder!

Today, was a lot easier after the Golden Shower incident of yesterday. I had a brick of swimming and one easy hour of biking.


The swim workout was:

3500 yards = 400 wup, 3x100 build 1-3, 50 ez, 1000 free steady, 50 ez, 2x400 steady with 1' rest, 50 ez, 800 free steady


I chose a good time for the swim as no one was in the water when I got there.  The water was warm and clear. So I jumped in and started doing sinking drills.

After a couple minutes I started the warm up and right away felt something in my right shoulder that was a little uncomfortable. I swam anyways but the nagging soreness stayed the entire time and for a bit after.


In total I spent three hours in the pool. The extra two hours was to help Mr. Not Sinking Anymore.
I was trying to think of something to make this post more interesting but I could think of anything. Except maybe I have decided to be rich from now on. Just thought I would let you know. I am planning a post about my OCD and how it affects my life and a video on how to put on a wetsuit. Until tomorrow my friends.
