Day 190 - More Work, A Fast Ride and Sleep Reset

Another long day! My workout was an hour and a half bike ride that included 3 x 7 min with three minutes rest.
I'm going on thirty-two hours without sleep as I write this. I decided to "reset" my sleep schedule completely and just stay up from yesterday. Hopefully, I can hit the hay early and will wake up early as well. I'm swimming at Lake Castaic with Mr. Doesn't Sink Anymore.  I'm beat. Until tomorrow my friends
