Day 196 - All Nighters and 70's Hair

Hey guys, I have to keep this short. Doing another "all nighter" on the current job.
My workouts for today was a brick with swimming and biking for an hour. The swim workout was:

3800 - 400 warm up. 8x75 drill, kick, swim by 25. 8x150 - build 1-4, 20 sec rest between each. 8x100 steady fast pace - 15 sec. rest. 8x50 ez down, fast back on 1 - 1:10. 8x25 very fast on '45. 200 warm down.

The bike was an easy spin.

Almost done with the job and I'm grateful to be working. But I have to admit, working so much and being broke really bites. Reminds me of my first jobs when I was 14 years old. Well, until tomorrow my friends.
