September 15, 2013 No weight this week.
Back is still not there yet, but it is better. Not better enough to do the brick workout I had assigned today. Here are the workouts assigned:
Swim. 3400 yards: 200 swim - 200 catch up, 10x300 with 45 sec rest. Super steady or getting slightly faster. Minimum of 6 are straight swim, no toys.
Run. 1:30:00 Z2 HR based run longer - Sunday is a paced run.
My swimming is going to need a lot of quick improvement if I'm going to race in December. Heck, everything will. I really need to figure out the work situation. Something positive will happen.
