Day 228 - Another Sunday of Work and Wonderment!

September 22, 2013           No weight this week.

Still working. Nothing else to report except I will be glad to finish this up. Looks like I'm going to need to do a bit more on Monday, (tomorrow.) The smallest and most simple jobs sometimes can be the most difficult.

My assigned workouts for today were:

Swim: 3200 yards = 800 every 3rd length head up drill - 3x600 200 kick/pull/swim - 12x50 50 drill/50 swim.

Run: Longer Z2 run - focus is consistent pacing with steady Z2 HR
