Day 253 - Short and Sweet!

October 17, 2013         No weight this week.

I have to keep this short as I am working an "all nighter" and I'm still at work at 7:15 am! My workout for today was an hour and a half bike ride with some intervals.

But I worked since I woke up yesterday until today. One good thing is tomorrow, my coach is coming into town and a bunch of his athletes are getting together for dinner.
