Day 259 - Working A Long One and GoFundMe!

October 23, 2013          No weight this week.

Today I had a swim workout assigned. Here is the workout:

400 choice - 200 kick - 300 pull - 100 kick - 200 swim
3x250: 100 aerobic + 150 fast(er) - with 20 sec rest
3x250: 150 aerobic + 100 fast - with 20 sec rest
6x125 pull:  75 breathing every 3rd + 50 breathing every 5th/7th/9th  on 1,2 3rd 125 respectively.  then repeat again.  all with 30 sec rest
200 warm down

But I didn't get the workout in. There was just too much I needed to do today, including working until 3:50 am. I'm tired. There is a good chance I will be working late, read: all night, tomorrow as well.
