Day 261 - Lacking Sleep Again.

October 25, 2013       No weight this week.


Today was another chaotic day that was made more difficult due to  the lack of sleep I have had over the last couple days.

My workout today was a 3200 yard swim:

400 choice -
20x100:CONTINUOUS like this:
5x100 50catchup/50 swim with 10sec rest
6x100 steady with 10 sec rest
7x100 steady with 5 sec rest
2x100 steady touch&go
THEN:
4x200 pull - breathing 3/5/7/9 by 50

Romeo wants to do an 80 miler plus 5k run tomorrow and I am not feeling up to it. Plus I have a ton of work to do this whole weekend. Still, I have never thought, "Dang, I wish I didn't do that workout." Maybe I should look up if thoughts should be in quotation marks. Well, another short one. Until tomorrow my friends.
