October 27, 2013 No weight this week.
Here is a series of pictures I took yesterday when I got home from the long ride and run.
For whatever reason, I thought it was a good idea to lay down on the floor. As you can see, I was clearly minding my own business. . .
When suddenly the fuzzy creature in the distance. . .
Decided to assault me. . . Anyways. . .
Today my workout was a Sunday brick. One hour swim:
3500 yards = 3x500 warm up - 1st 500 every 2nd length drill. 2nd 500 ever 3rd
length stroke. 3rd 500 every 4th length kick without kick board. Then
400 free cruise, 4x100 free faster, 300 cruise, 3x100 faster, 200
cruise, 4x50 really fast. 200 warm down.
And a one hour and twenty minute run:
Comfortable - evenly paced Z2 run with 10x2' at Z3 running HR built in
with 1' ez jogs - but allow for 20' of warmup to shake out your swim.
But I didn't do it, because I was working a 38 hour day. I'm really tired and going back to work. Until tomorrow my friends.
