Day 394 - A Little Swim With Awesome Hair!

Can write too much, very busy! Had a swim workout today. Here it is:

400 wup
200 kick
200 pull
200 catch up
then - 12x150 with 35-40 sec. rest - super steady and if you are in control of your effort, push a little harder the last 8.  No more than 6 of these should be pulling!



As I did the catch up's, my Garmin stopped recording the distance. So I kept swimming anyways! Here is a shot of post swim hair.


Well, gotta get to bed. Trying to sleep a minimum seven hours and I have a big workout tomorrow. Four hour ride with several intervals of Z3 and followed immediately by a forty-five minute run! Until tomorrow everyone.
