Another big day of training. First up a good swim:
3300 yards = Choice of 500 wup
3x300 with 1 minutes rest
4x200 with 40 sec rest
5x100 with 20 sec rest
6x100 with 10 sec rest
I have got in the habit of taking a picture of the workout and watch before and after the swim. Sometimes I get in a rush and forget to take the after photo. So here is the before. . .
Later on, The Boss suddenly decided to clean the entire house and then proceeded to get irritated that I didn't immediately hop up and snap to. I stood my ground and pointed out that I was tired and would clean when I was good and ready! Anyways, as I was immediately straightening up my area, I discovered this snazzy set of TYR swim goggles I had made awhile back. They even have my name engraved on the lens. I don't know why it is, but I sure enjoy designing swim goggles using the TYR online design tool. And I'm not sure how I forgot about these.
The night progressed and I got tired, then it dawned on me that I still needed to run! I got out there at 2:22 am. I needed to get all my workouts in so I could rest on Monday.
