Hi everyone! Today, I had a one hour and fifteen minute ride with eight, two minute fast/Z3 intervals. I rode from my house to Chandler Blvd and some of my own haunts. I found it difficult to go into Z3 during the ride. Seemed like I was pushing hard only to stay in the mid Z2 range. I don't know.
Immediately after the ride, I had a twenty minute run to find my legs. I put the bike away and grabbed The Puppy. Felt rough at first but within about ten minutes, I felt good.
