Day 461 - Double Double, Toil and Running/Swimming

A double again today with a swim and a run. My swim workout just said "3000 yards" so I winged it and my usual warm up of 200 swim, 200 kick and 200 pull. then I did a bunch of different drills including some sinking and sculling drills.


As is becoming habit, I helped a little girl learn to swim with her dad. 

After dinner, I took The Puppy and we did a fifty-five minute easy run. I felt good during the run, and The Puppy ran right next to me.


Not much else to report so I'm going to hit the hay, until tomorrow my friends!
