Well, it's the night before the big race. I feel good. I'm still injured and will just have to deal with it later.
I met with my coach Chris Hauth and was told to basically relax and maintain a steady effort.
I'm a little anxious but not too bad. As a matter of fact, I'm feeling pretty relaxed.
I think I will go to sleep so I'm ready for the 4:30 am alarm. Until tomorrow my friends.
